Description:	Taruna is a monthly bulletin published from Banaras city of India during the underground period of the political leaders after the King of Nepal Mahendra took the power in 1960 and imposed autocratic rule in Nepal. The bulletin mainly focuses on the political articles mainly by the leaders of Nepali congress. Some of the articles are contributed by some of the top-most leaders of Nepali Congress like B. P. Koirala and Ganesh Man Singh.
